Found supply of 919 OEM windscreens

http://www.cmsnl.com/products/windscreen_08r80mcz801/

CMSNL.com has them!

However, you must REALLY want one...given the weak dollar and shipping costs the OEM Hondaline Windscreen for the 919 is a whopping $212.90 to your door here in the states.

For over $200, I'd better get some wipers and tint of my choice. And to think, a few years ago they were available for $65... Honda won't get my dollar on that one.

Have you tried ordering from your local Honda dealer?

These windscreens are no longer in production and therefore the Honda dealers cannot order them. Even the OEM parts dealers here in the states that list them on their web site do not have them.

I think the MSRP for the part was around $95. When they halted production last year you could find them on-line as "discontinued" stock for about $65. Now you just can't find them.

I just thought I would post in case someone really, really, wanted one.

Common sense prohibits me from spending $212.90 for a $3.42 piece of plastic.

There are plenty of alternatives.

Yes, but it's Italian.

I just sold a brand new O.E.M. sheild to Martin nj for $60.00 shipped. Kinda makes me wish I sat on it a little longer.

Cuz they wait till someone needs one before making it; so it's a special order.

Nooo. Hondastuffonline does NOT have them.

Call the number 1-866-470-1122 and they say "I'm sorry we currently do not have any in stock but we can get one from the Honda parts warehouse and have it shipped to you in a few days." Then in a few days they call you and tell you the sheild has been discontinued and is no longer available.

Sorry , I found that last night and thought I'd try to help. I don't have any reason to call all these #s myself as I bought mine last Summer. Good luck hunting.
