Final photos - Bars/Grips/Ends/Mirrors

Rizoma bars, grips and bar ends.
Bike Master Mirrors

Compared to stock. The size difference doesn't come across in photos; they BikeMasters sure feel smaller-er.

Stock OEM BT56's now at 5500 miles...

Better change those Maypop's out before "bad things" happen! I like the look of those Rizoma grips, but I really doubt I'll spend the money to get em. How do you like the feel of em?

As a joking aside... Are you a mouth-breather or just striking a pose for your picture? lol

.

Well, fire the engines! Spur this iron space-pony on!

I was screaming "HONDA RULES" when I snapped the photo.

Oh; the Rizoma grips feel OK. I wouldn't buy them for the feel... just for the pose.

I like the Rizoma grips so much that I have a set myself. Those, my Stebel horn and my custom bar ends (machined just for me) are the only things I have left of my Nighthawk. The grips feel REALLY weird without gloves, but I like them a lot with gloves.

2003 Honda 919 - flapper mod, Clear Alternatives Smoke Tailight w/ integral turn signals, Stebel Nautilus air horn, DIY fender eliminator, LED license plate bolts, LED front turn signals, no resistor or new flasher so I blink like crazy.

Nice job. Looks good. I like the tank bra on the black 'cause it blends in.
How are those mirrors? Are they stable?

Let me get this right. You have an '02 919 with the original tires on it, 5600 miles on the clock and you are taking pictures of it and posting them on this forum......GO RIDE IT AND WEAR THOSE TIRES OUT!!!!!!

I bought the bike in March and it had 4700 miles on it.

Believe me, this bike is being ridden like a cheap whore.

The mirrors ... beyond being too small, they seem stable. I'll update y'all if that changes.

Thanks for stroking my ego.

I try to remain a realist - I'm just a street rider who rides a really abrasive loop.

I'm sure some of the regular track day attendees laugh a little at a pic like that.

Agreed. Did you sand those tires to make them look like that?

Wow, I don't remember all the selections.
And I'm not sure why there are the selections -- the mirrors come with "standard" thread pitch for the Honda plus adapters for HD.
