F4i Fork Buildup for my 919

Got some F4i forks. Getting ready to order stuff to rebuild them. Will be using the springs and spacers (racetech) from my current forks so I don't need springs.
Some threads suggest getting new needles from Taxxion but I contacted them and they say they don't have what I am asking for...
Anyway, since I am going from the 0.6 to 1.1 springs should I also re-valve and not just rely on the stock setup?
Racetech? If so should I just send them off and have them do the setup? Wonder of they would do it without the springs?

Got them disassembled, parts ordered. Will take to powder coater this weekend.

Question though, how do I get the oil lock out of the bottom tube? I have been trying to figure this out for a few hours now. Short of a long-ass pair of pliers, has anyone done this?

Got it. You just turn it upside down and smack it on something hard (with a couple pieces of paper towel) until it slowly works it's way out.
