**Decals**919 - Hornet Owners

Fellow 919 owners in the USA. I have worked with HedgeHog Motors in Hong Kong to make the Black Hornet decals available to us in the States. He sales on Ebay and is very easy to get along with and willing to try anything in the way of decals. All you have to do for something new is scan and send a pic and state size and color. If we don't have a batch of buzzing Hornets being made up for the members, then maybe we could get HedgeHog to do some. Maybe for the little open spot behind the rear hand hold??
There have been several Hornet decals on Ebay but not the black like the rest of the decals on a Red bike.
Any thoughts are ideas on this subject?

This is our very own "hairy the hornet" decal. It was available in two different sizes. If there is sufficient interest i will get another batch made.

Yep that's what I want. I'll take 3-4 if you'll fix them up. We have 272 919s on the forum and surely I'm not the only one that's without. Come on all ya'll let's get Mike to do another batch.

I'm sure larger ones can be made. The large ones now are 3 1/4" wide x 2 9/16" high and the small decals are 2 3/8" wide x 1 7/8" high.

It all boils down to quantity. The more we order, the lower the cost. Anyone else interested in larger ones?

I'd take a couple of each

Time to sticky this thread.

All proceeds from the decal sales will be used topay for our ever increasing bandwidth costs, our hosting Service, domainregistration, software licensing fees, and maintenance Costs!

Lets get a good volume in sales this time around.

edit: Last time these decals were sold the price was:
$4.00 each or 3 for $10.00... large 919 decal 3 1/4" wide x 2 9/16" high
$3.00 each or 3 for $8.00... small 919 decal 2 3/8" wide x 1 7/8" high

All prices include shipping in the lower 48...

I don't anticipate any price increase at this time. I will get a price on the extra large version if there is interest.

Please indicate size and how many decals you wish to purchase.

I'll Take 6 big 6 small (My Daughter will want a couple)

BTW the picture above makes a kick ass desktop wallpaper in stretch mode on my 1920 x 1200 24 inch widescreen. if it gets too jagged to stretch to fit your screen, center it and change color to white.

Nice desktop Carl-

As Hairy's pater familias, may I suggest that we keep him in the family. No Hong Kong $hit. C'mon guys, cowboy up and make 'ole Hairy a country-wide symbol of our 919 pride!

Thanks Mike.

Okay for the deal stated above I would like 3 of each.

Looking at the rim stickers, personaly, I think it would look a little better with a black background, Hairy outlined in white, and Honda in white. Of course just my opinion.

I have seen our decal on the swing arm, tail section, both sides of the gas tank, and the front fender. The choice is totally up to you. Mine is on the lower right side of the fly screen.
