cost for closeout 919s?

any indication or guess what the final 919's will sell at with the cb1000r coming? Awesome prices this year at local dealerships, but if there is a Buell-like sell off this spring I may have to do something about my 919 itch.

thx

Why pay dealer prices.... when you can get a mint condition used for around $3000-3500?

What are you seeing for prices?

There are plenty of new ones, but the cheapest I've seen is $6300 +TTL.

If they start selling them for around $5K, than I may need to buy another one.

Spot on there. Unless you JUST have to have new.

That'll work........

Wow this is a sweet deal! Even if you could get a new one for $5000 you'd still have to pay taxes ect. and you'd loose at least $500 when you rode it off the lot plus you wouldn't have the fly screen.

true used is awesome, and the right used is most awesome if I am cash rich at the time. but if they got below $6k, say $5500 or so, it would be tempting. I would have to convince the wife, but I might be able to as she really liked the 919.
