OEM is available, but incredibly heard to get a hold of. I ordered one and 9 months later got a call saying it had arrived. I had already canceled the order 8 months prior to getting the call. Phobman makes a maintenance centerstand and will ship them for under $100. do a search when in doubt. nearly everything has been covered.

BTW welcome. you should go over to the introductions section and let us know a little about yourself

Does not require you to dismantle the exhaust like the OEM Honda one does.
Still pricey though.

We have the Hondaline centerstand on our '03. It did require disassembly of the exhaust to install. We travel extensively and it is extermely handy to have on tour for chain maintenance.

it's worth it's weight in gold, IMHO. Centerstand makes just about every form of maintenance easier... Only thing I've found is it's a little easier to change the oil on the side stand as you get better drainage. And with a little creativity with the centerstand you can get both tires off, which will save you huge dollars when it come times to replace.

taking a honda centerstand and a dremel, recip saw or hacksaw would remedy the issue of having to take exhaust off.

I got the one from Twisted Throttle. Installed in minutes and works great. Makes maintenance a breeze.

When I got it, I was cursing myself by the amount of work involved in installing it. Having said that, I don't regret getting it, pretty handy to have.

The phobman stand that some here have seems to do the trick as well.

Ordered my OEM stand from local dealership and it arrived within a week. This was around two months ago. Granted, I'm in Australia and doesn't help you guys out, but I can't understand why it would take so long to get one in for you guys zookmor.

I have no clue. I tried ordering the OEM screen and center stand at the same time, and they put the order into Honda, and they were told the screen was discontinued and out of stock, and the center stand was on back order for an unknown period of time. After about a month I gave up and used the money for a front and rear stand since I prepaid for the center stand. They called me a few months back saying it had came in, but that they thought I had canceled the order(which I had).
