calling all so-cal 919 riders

found a 919 in san diego that i'm very interested in. emailed the dude 3 times since yesterday with no response. could someone help me out by seeing if they can reach the dude locally and then check it out to see if its in good condition? if so, i'd be more than happy to fly down and buy you a case of beer, pick up the bike, and ride it home.

here's the link:

it looks decent from the description PV. Nice cans, a honda windscreen and Givi crash bars...I can't tell much else due to fuzzy pictures.

Post up when you get more info on the bike!

Well, fire the engines! Spur this iron space-pony on!

It's hard to tell from the pics, but that looks like the bike I sold to a San Diego dealer three months ago. Had 2 bros slip-ons, PCIII (serial), engine bars, F4i forks/fender, factory windscreen painted flat black inside (looked shiney from the front), Sato rear sets, and new Pilot Power tires. Flapper mod and PAIR system removed. Had 7383 miles when I sold it.

If you contact him and it turns out to be my old bike, I can give you more info on it.

Oh, and the ding in the tank was right side near the top, from a shelf that fell in the garage.
