Brake Calipers

Ok, I just changed out all 3 sets of pads, but I could only find one post which had the torque requirements for the bolts... which said 22ft/lbs. Is this correct, as I'm only half sure it was referring to the same bolts I was messing with (caliper mounting bolts on the front). I put on some medium lock-tight as well.

Also, on the rear caliper, I took the caliper off the mount (like an idiot, only realizing you don't actually have to remove the entire caliper). The slide bolt (I believe it's the one on the right as you're looking at the assembly) had some grease on it, but I didn't have any new grease, so I just put it back in there. Is that going to be ok? I also couldn't find the torque requirements for the left hand mounting bolt for the rear caliper, so I torqued it to 22 as well. All good?

Lastly, I removed the rear tire last week to replace the tire, and now I can hear a little bit of clicking? A really thin almost rattly click. It's hard to describe, and I didn't really get a good listen as I only rode without a helmet for around 2 minutes to check it out. I'll try to get a little better read on the noise, but I'm wondering if the chain/spacer/barrings are bad or not assembled correctly.
