IS THERE ANY TRIPLES IF NOT BOTH JUST THE TOP THAT BOLT ON THE 919 FROM ANOTHER BIKE SUCH AS THE COOL CBR1000 ONES. IVE TRIED TO SEARCH BUT CAN NOT FIND ANTHING JUST NEED THE TO BOLT ON TO STOCK BIKE.
Why do you want to replace the original upper triple? The CBR1000 triples wouldn't even come close to being a bolt on (upside down forks and all) unless you want to bolt up a set of 2015 CB1000 USD forks.
While it is possible there is an upper triple clamp with the same fork tube diameter, tube centers, stem diameter, and offset it still would not be a "bolt on" due to the loss of the headlight and turn signal mounts, instrument mounting points, ignition / fork lock, and handlebar mounts if it is from a sport bike.
Of course you could have a custom triple CNC machined to exactly the specs you want, but it would be a real wallet shredder due to the time involved in CAD designing it, then writing the G code to tell the CNC mill what to do when, and several test runs in acrylic to confirm proper tool paths and dimensions before finally making the actual part. Count on at least $800 to $1100 for a single piece.

If it has already been done, it is safe to assume it is possible to do it.
On the other hand, if it has not been done never assume it is impossible to do it.
