I'm using LSL bar ends. Got them from MotoSpecialties. They fit well and work well with the Renthals. Speaking of LSLs and Rethals, I bought the LSLs at the same time I bought two pairs of Coerce Competition Lows. Despite what you will find out there on the web, C C Lows will not fit a 919. Too bad, they are jewels. Anway, the Renthals were my only default and I love them.

I'm using the G2 Ergo grip protectors http://g2ergo.com/index.html

you have to tap the ends of the bars for the nylon inserts

but they've got a nice clean loook

Nice! Do they make mounts for bar end mirrors?

No, these are actually used for mounting barkbusters on dirtbikes. the nylon inserts do give you a threaded hole at the end of your bars and I've been thinking about mounting a set of Napolean bar end mirrors to the inserts to see how they work

I had some weights made to the same diameter as the OEM bare ends and used a rubber nut and countersunk cap screw to fit.Sparyed the bars ends with Dulux Satin Quickdry (spray can).

stock bar end work fine

just saw/file off half round portion of stock bar end, find longer SS bolt than stock bolt and nut for this bolt. Buy fuel line hose that just fits inside handlebars (don't remember its size). Cut the hose a little bit shorter than bolt length (inserted into bar end). Put bolt into the bar end, put hose on and just start nut until it is snug against the hose (nut will just star going inside the hose). Insert whole thing into handlebars and tighten the bolt. Nut will start compressing the hose and expend it inside your Renthals. Had it for 6k-7k miles with no issues. All for $5 in parts
Let me know if you want pics

I have CRG mirrors clamped onto my Renthals and Moose bar ends. Works great for me and looks clean.

Motovation bar ends. They also match the finish of the bars quite well.

So I just purchased a set of these: Bar End Helmet Locks

The only problem is, with Renthal, the traditional 7/8 set were too big ... I am guessing because the aluminium is thicker on Renthal bars. The set that I have can be seen in images from the site listed above and are the very FIRST picture.

g00gl3it said he had some extra OEM bar ends laying around his place... do you guys think I could make something work here or should I just send these back.

Any help is appreciated!

I was shocked to see that was for 2 bar ends, Rizoma can be quit greedy when it comes to parts
