919 Stock Spring Rate / oil - upgrading some stuff

So, when I use the racetech calculator, it suggest a .95 spring (.90 would work too). What is the stock one? 2003, btw

Kinda like the current shock set up. No idea what oil is in there, but thinking stock or a touch heavier. Not sure what stock is. Ideas?

So, may very well do the oil (maybe slightly heavier), seals change, and keep the same spring if it is anywhere near .95.

Any input? I am generally happy with the way it is set up now - though I got it used and really don't know what oil is in there. Wouldn't be surprised if it was never changed. According to what I read, the sag rate is reasonable. Decent balance for me in touring and fairly aggressive street carving. No track days in the future on this bike.

Lots of people will tell you to up grade but if you're happy stick with the .80/.85 (some say even as low as .75) that are in there. Stock fork oil is Honda SP-8 which I think is a 10w oil.
