919 fuel pump doesn't cycle

2002 Honda 919, sat for 6 months to a year due to dead battery and no money. New Shorai battery, fuses and connections check good but fuel pump doesn't cycle. Dropped bike in garage on right side (minor damage). Just a couple skuffs.

Any ideas?

Don't suppose something in the right hand handle bar kill switch got busted when the bike fell. A solder contact broken perhaps. Maybe check the earth under the tank as well.

The bar switch didn't touch but I'll check it anyway. The lights dimming and now dead has got me stumped.

The bank angle sensor is what I was referring to, can't seem to post a pic from phone... it's in the manual.

I pulled the mount bolt and did the 60 degree think right and left and it seemed to be working right but not sure. Disconnected/re connected it as well but nothing futher. Need to get a multi meter.
