According to the Ohlins site the 919 shock free length is 283mm (11.141"), and the travel is 50.5mm.
The 2000 RVT shock free length is 326mm (12.83"), and the travel is 63mm. Additionally, the RC shock has a clevis at the swingarm (actually the link arm) attachment point, whereas the 919 is an eye on both ends, and the integrated reservoir angles up approximately 110 degrees which looks like it would interfere with the frame backbone.
The SP2 RVT shock is dimensionally identical to the SP1.
In short, no.
If it has already been done, it is safe to assume it is possible to do it.
On the other hand, if it has not been done never assume it is impossible to do it.
