Nah, like Bigdaa said, it's just unchanged for us here in the states.

What's "new" about it? ... looks like every other 919 on the road to me.

Looks the same to me as well. Nothing like the changes made to the 600F in Europe.

From what I could notice, the new model has a completely black engine, and the header pipes appear different in color.....maybe stainless pipes since they match the color of the heat sheilds?

That black engine is sweet as hell, should be paired with the flat black color though. The pipes were stainless before, maybe they are Ti now?

Honda did the same thing with the 750 Nighthawk when it came out in the early 90's. They started off with the engine being aluminum silver, then the later models came with the blacked out engines. For some reason (like when they intoduced black stator covers, etc.), I suspected they would do the same with the 919.....and sure enough I was right! I guess this means more sooner than later will they replace the 919 with a new style, or a new naked inline 4 altogether....with a silver engine. Any bets?

Also, I didn't realize the current models have stainless headers. So why then do they discolor into that copperish color after only a short amount of time?
