iirc they came with an upper half fairing correct? so you switched out the fairing/headlight assembly for a different headlight, and new bars? cant get any more naked than that.

and fyi, "street fighter" is generally used in reference to stripping down a faired bike, hence my confusion with the fz1 since the bike is pretty much already there in stock form (just like the 919).

you could always look into re-routing the wires/cables to inside the bars for a cleaner look, better turn signals/lighting, crash bars/frame sliders, and aftermarket rearsets.

your other option is to start powder coating stuff. be careful here i advise you, this can get VERY addicting and is hard to stop lol.

If you are looking for inspiration go here: Custom Fighters - Custom Streetfighter Motorcycle Forum
there is a lot of good work being done there, as well as lots of crap. Also an excellent resource for parts suppliers and such.

If you are going for a bobber look here: https://www.wristtwisters.com/forums/...ild-23737.html it was lots of work over a weekend, and a good start for what he finally ended up with.

Rob

If it has already been done, it is safe to assume it is possible to do it.
On the other hand, if it has not been done never assume it is impossible to do it.
