I agree.

I may not have a lot to say but it doesn't mean I don't listen.

Give it 5 years and read the consumer reports to make sure it doesn't have any long term problems like 06/07 R6's... Still fighting the urge to go buy one of these right now!

Hmmm, not as bad as I thought considering the prices on the other production race bikes lately... I'm hoping for a naked model coming off these amazing bikes.

A naked version would be cool but I really like those projector lights on the full fairing version

Ah, they could find a way to carry that over. Only thing is, I can say I want one all day, but the naked market has never been a luxury high demand/paying market... So not likely to see anything that quality in my preferences... The KTM 1290R is the closest thing I think and at 17k not sure how sales are looking on it.

Actual MSRP appears to be around $22k for these guys. I really want one, and that's actually in the category of reasonable pricing for a bike.

Why not a naked. I think the s1000r does well and has quite a bit of whiz bang electronics. If the new r1 was built to kill the s1000rr why not a new semi naked r1 spin off to kill the s1000r?

I guess I was referring to a naked version of the R1M or H2R... Don't see a naked with a magnesium frame coming because the market isn't there.
