Q. what fairing?

I'm guessing it's aftermarket as the 919 is a naked bike.

perhaps he's referring to the plastic under the seat ? that goes over the battery/ induction thing?

There's 3 fairings, the tail fairing, and left and right side fairings (located under the seat)

Yeah they are. I simply misplaced mine unfortunately. I can't even find a new one or aftermarket. Might have to go down to honda soon and see if they can order one without charging an arm and a leg.

WTB Right side fairing (cover) 919

They’re usually called side covers and you just missed a carbon fiber set on eBay last week.

Honda still sells them; with all the grommets, foam backing and everything else. Part number 83510-MCZ-640ZB, MSRP is $98.27.

The right side one is harder to find used as it is the more often removed (to access the battery) and therefore the more commonly lost, damaged or destroyed of the pair.

Partzilla is a dealer conglomerate. They’re an authorized Honda dealer.

Is that good or bad?
I've brought plenty of 919 parts from them.

Seen those on Ebay, they were a bit rough lol. Yeah that's what my dealer quoted me too. Might have to just fork out the cash.
