WTB: OEM 2004+ front suspension

Hello Folks,

I've decided to start the process of bringing the glory of my 9er back to life after it was stolen. And first on the upgrade list are getting the following 2 items to upgrade my current components:
1. 2004+ front forks:
- I've found on ebay a 660CAD option: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/04-2004-HOND...xaD4EP&vxp=mtr
- But it has significantly more stuff than I need and it seems a bit expensive for a second hand part.
- I will do a full rebuild, install racetech springs, install the compression valve kit (FMGV S2040G) and the HFR kit (FRGV SR2001)

2. front GOLD brake calipers:
- Nothing wrong with my current brake calipers, but I really want the gold. I'll be refurbishing and rebuilding the gold ones that I find.
- Here I found one option which seems reasonable for the front: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Honda-CB-900...paE6zs&vxp=mtr

All to say, show me what you got if you guys can do better prices than what I currently found.
Looking forward to hearing from you guys and if you have alternatives ideas let me know.

Hey, you're in luck. I pretty much have the entire front end available from my 2007 (doing RC51 swap). Any amount of $$ to recoup some of what I've spent on restoring my bike will go a long way, so I'm not picky. I'm sure we can work something out! Shoot me a PM of everything you need and we can talk more.

I was about to pull the trigger on the Australian one, just ordered it thanks bro, you saved me 100CAD which will go towards the set of forks

I paided $150usd for a pair. Shipping was included, from an aussie ebay seller. The chrome on the upper tubes was a bit rough but it was the internals I wanted. I just swapped the guts into my 02 forks.

LOL
I'm looking for another 2nd hand to refurb and put the gold vavle components inside, this way i can minimize bike downtime; just doing the swap between the forks when everything is ready (same thing with the brakes, already on their way, will record video of everything i do)

If an admin could remove the brake portion of the title and just leave the suspension that'd be great

Pinging an admin please, if you could mark this thread as closed;

While I found the brake parts, I'll actually be sticking with my own suspension components to save some dough.
