WTB centerstand...

Definitely a long shot, but my old bike had a centerstand and I miss it on the 919 already. Maybe if anybody has one on a bike they're selling... I'd be willing to pay a decent amount for it

I agree with the necessity of a center stand, It's the first thing I did to my '02, and in fact had the dealership order one and write it into the purchase agreement.

Many think a center stand will limit cornering clearance, but having leaned mine over to the point of folding the peg up (no cornering feelers) and grinding off about 1/4" of the feeler boss without touching the stand deployment foot should put that assumption to rest.

Frankly, I would not leave home without it.

Rob

If it has already been done, it is safe to assume it is possible to do it.
On the other hand, if it has not been done never assume it is impossible to do it.

Yeah I just pulled out the credit card and did it. Doesn't seem like they pop up often so I figured I better jump on it.

I'm not too worried about scraping hard parts; I ride like a little grandma most of the time.
