wtb: barend weight.

So I tried unscrewing my brake side barend to put on mirrors and the whole barend and weight came out of the bar. I have the aluminum weight and some metal scraps so I need a new weight and guidance in putting it back in.

Those metal scraps are a part of, or were a part of, a retaining clip the holds the weight in, and secued via hole in the actual bar.

To unscrew the barend you gotta hold the black weight part at the same time. Pictures of your bike for reference?

It probably won't be until Monday that I can get pics, it's dark when I leave and get home from work.

So I tried pulling it back out and it won't come out. The weight just bounces around in the bar.

If you have the bar end off, your gunna see the weight and it should look like this

You wanna take these two tabs

Squeeze together with not much force (which is why my one side is broken a bit) and pull out a little bit (TWSS) and it should come out

Your basically taking this notch on the clip

Out of this hole in the bar

When the weight is out it should look like this
