Could I get additional pictures of any defects/issues on the tank and tail? Also, a top down pic of the tank filler area would be of interest.

Located Swampscott, MA. You can see the small dining on the one side right under HONDA.

Looks like there's some scratches and such on the other side?

Also, would be nice to see a pic of where the filler cap would go - there's two different types of tanks and I'd like to see which one this is.

CB700S this is a used tank, not a brand new one. Yes it has some scratches, scuffs, and dings.

I'm not expecting it to be new, I'm just trying to nail down the exact condition so I know what I'd be buying. There have been some issues with... shall we say "unclear" descriptions and unhappy buyers/sellers on the forum in recent years so people have been trying to be as specific as possible.

Just to verify - no visible rust through the filler port or through the pump hole?

Any issues with the tail section?

CB700S if you want to come see the parts, touch them, inspect them, smell them,...what ever you want your more then welcome to. If you think it is a scam or I am trying to rip you off then just move on please. Tail section does not have any cracks or major defects. Again it is used not new. You might be better off on eBay or Craigslist.

The reason I am asking questions is so there's no multipage drama threads in here - again, we've had some *major* problems with that on this forum in the past. I do not think you're trying to rip me off and I've actually gotten in touch with a friend of mine in Boston to potentially come pick them up for me if we can reach an agreement. I'm simply trying to be thorough. If you can show or tell me there's no visible rust in the tank, that's the only remaining question I have about the tank and I'll PM you to discuss payment and other details.

I'm in need of a left side exhaust heat shield if you want to let one go. Mine has a big ding in it! Just let me know. Thanks in advance!

If someone wanting thorough pictures of a damaged part they're interesting in buying gets you this butthurt I would suggest not trying to sell them at another time either...

Did not know the back story of what was happening with people getting sold $#!t parts. Was able to work it out with CB700S.
Thanks badmoon.

Received tank via my buddy in Boston. Tank was as pictured (including the additional pictures sent via PM) and as advertised. Tail fairing cowl was picked up at same time but will be shipped separately due to my buddy being buried under snow. :P
