Satos for sale

I have a set of titanium Satos for the 919 that I am looking to sell.
I do NOT have the bolts, screws, spacers for mounting them.
This is for the slip on exhaust and the metal bands as well as the heat shields. (see photos)
What you see is what you get.
I do not know the sizes of any of the mounting bolts or spacers you will need. Someone on this forum might know?
They are in very good condition. I purchased them in 2008 and had them on my bike until 2010. They have been stored in my basement ever since.
There is one midpipe that I had to have welded because it came loose from the can. See photos. It is a visible repair but I don't think it is overly nasty looking.
Both cans functioned perfectly when on my bike and there is no internal rust or deterioration that I can see with a flashlight.
There is normal wear and tear from being mounted on a bike. There is some discoloration on the cans where the bands go that mount them to the frame. This would be covered when installed.
I have a file of 21 pictures if you want to see more than I post here. I can email them to you if interested.
I will ship to lower 48 USA only.
Buyer to pay shipping.
After looking on UPS and USPS and putting in zip codes for Los Angeles, CA, Naples, FL and Austin, TX I am estimating shipping at $55 -$65.
In order to avoid PayPal fees I will accept a US postal service money order. Exhaust will ship upon receipt of payment.
Now for the number ...
I am asking $500 plus shipping. I am very firm on this number. Please do not try to lowball me. Serious inquiries only please.

Hey Gary, respectfully I think there are rules here about your first post being in the classifieds. I'm sure something came up on the T&C section of the registration.

Best of luck on the sale.

Wow, not even a nibble for the beloved Satos?
Guess they go on ebay or back into storage.

Garage
You said USA only, but would you consider shipping to Vancouver, BC, Canada?

I'm looking to revamp my exhaust this winter...

I thought I was priced right based on what I paid for them.
OK guys, what would you say is a fair price then?

Yea it's a little bit high... We sold the Gen 2 Version for $800 brand new so $500 for a patched up set of Gen1's is not going to gain any real traction here.

I could not generate any interest in a nice & complete set of Ti Gen 1's at $500 shipped. Yours is plus shipping, missing the mounting brackets/hardware, & the inlet pipe has been broken off & re-welded. The latter two really knock the value down in my book. I'd have a hard time dropping any serious coin on something that I will not even be able to mount up when I get it & need to hodge-podge something together from the hardware store. Hard to tell if yours are Gen 1 or II from the pics--need a better view of the end caps &/or a s shot down the outlet to see the cores. If they are Gen II the cores are also automatically suspect.

If someone offers you $200, you'd better take them up on it.

I had no idea these were so worthless.
I apologize for offending the community.
I will take these off the market and put them back in my basement.

Admin/Mods please delete this thread.

You DID ask!?

Honestly, accessories in good to excellent condition are 60-70% of new. Accessories in poor to fair condition(which I think these fall under) 30-40% of new.

How much were these new?

$599 - $800 depending on which production run they were actually purchased from and whether they were Carbon or Ti cans.

We did not start tracking sales of them by part# until 2006, but we sold 132 of them since then.

I am pretty sure we sold close to double maybe even triple that before we started tracking sales.

I bought a mint set of second gen TI on ebay last spring for $300. I'm picky, very picky, and mine were MINT when delivered. Your mileage may vary.

Thanks for the kind worlds. As you know I can't take credit for most of the mods. Many of the ideas come from this web site.
