Appreciate the offer, but I told my wife if she gets a bike, she's learning to do all the work on it.

And she said "OK". So I get to show her how to do it .

Besides, if I do another Youtube video of it, all you'll complain about is how you couldn't hear me and yap about including subtitles .

Sure I took a peek at it and tried to measure it up (rather difficult with the stupid, ugly pairs wtf thing on it ). It looks like the bolt holes are the same (or really close) and I would say there's a high probability the pairs plates will fit. Won't know for sure until the tank is propped up and I can get better access to the pairs.

PV, for the sake of science, I will let you molest my bike, if you're so willing . Just this once though, and don't have TOO much fun.

hey dude... I gotta get that gayness off of there by having a real man work on it before handing it off to you. Once it gets handed off to you, there's no hope!

They are painted black using VHT flamethrower header paint. Once heat cycled on the engine it sets up hard as a rock.

If you have any popping coming from you exhaust on deceleration, it will help get rid of that. The PAIRS system injects fresh air into the exhaust to help meet emission standards. The popping is the unburned fuel combusting with the help of the fresh air. The plates just disable the PAIRS system.

Basically.......

- help clean up the valve cover allowing access for spark plug changes
- help reduce the EFI stink on undertail exhaust systems
- help stop popping from aftermarket exhaust installs
- allow proper air/fuel reading for dyno tuning after PCIII install

Also.......
- look trick as fuck
- add about 25hp based on butt dyno testing.

So if my exhaust isn't popping yet is it only a matter of time or is just different between bikes? anyone know about the effects of bafflectomy on compression? do you still have some plates?

Yes i still have lots of sets of plates.

I never did a bafflectomy on my OEM pipes. So i don't know if they usually pop or not?
