919 PCIII Serial

Dynojet PCIII serial port for 919. $125 shipped CON-US. You will need a USB to serial adapter cord to hook it to a computer (not included). I believe the serial version also takes the .map format instead of .djm format but there are conversions possible. Was on running bike, but I do not know the map installed. Includes the PCIII & a new posi-tap for it only.

Bryce919er's description is very accurate.
For sure, the old Serial Port Power Commanders are fine and dandy and still valid for use - especially if you have a tight budget.
Unless you have an old computer with a Serial Port connector, you'll need a Serial Port X USB adaptor device if you want to be able to change maps.
There is a decent library of .map format maps.
Any .djm map you want to try but must be in .map format for use in the Serial Port Power Commander, is easily manually created with the Serial Port era Power Commander software.
I've done such work, it's super easy, and it worked like a charm.
(Conversely, any .map format map can be auto converted to .djm format by the PCIIIusb era software.)

Strongly tempted. I might be picking up a not-running XJ750 Seca soon but if not I'll circle back here to spend the money I don't have on more bike parts I don't need teehee

Does this one have the "accelerator pump enable" feature like the USB versions?

Go for it. You won't regret it. It will smooth out your throttle response and help you match your bike performance to your aftermarket pipes. Heaps of maps about and if your really keen get a dyna tune.
Will pitch in with advice as needed.

Ok let me see what I can come up with. Just bought a bunch of stuff so funds are tight right now. Got a few things for sale so if you still have it I will take it when I get that little extra. I have someone interested in the windscreen were just hashing it out. When I asked if you still had it I forgot this week is bill week so wife would kill me and sell my bikes lol.
