2006 VFR Interceptor, 13k miles, Detroit suburbs

For Sale: A low mileage, excellent condition & pampered, pearl cosmic black, 2006 (6th Gen) Honda VFR Interceptor
Price: $4,100

Bike runs great and has approximately 12,800 miles.
There have been no drops and all panels and paint are original and in great shape.
I added Oggy Knobbs fall-over protectors and luckily have not used them!
Michelin PR2 tires lots of tread left but at high end of age limit 6 years.
Chain and brake pads are original (and IMO should be original at this mileage).
Battery is about 4 years old.
Powerlet outlet in the fork stem for battery charging and occasional voltage monitoring.
An unused, slightly taller, smoke color, Zero Gravity windscreen is included along w/ original rear seat cowl.
Electrical is mostly original and performing up to spec.
Added an additional horn on a relay. This really gets attention!
Owners manual and original tools are included.

I'm a retiree and purchased this VFR about 4 years ago. Ive enjoyed it locally and have regularly taken it on trips to northern Michigan. The VFR is great for sport touring and cheap to insure I owned a 2001 VFR prior to this 2006. The wind protection that you get with this bike is amazing! Its the best riding bike Ive ever owned. For me the VFRs and 919s complement each other providing a full range of riding capabilities.

Ive put on Knight Design lowered foot pegs and, while I like them, I know most wont. You have to be careful not to drag your feet as the bike leans. Ill put originals back for the next owner.

For those interested - Ive put all photos in my forum album.
Thanks for looking!

Great bike in excellent shape.
Hopefully the speed and price of the sale matches it well.
