I've got on just sitting in a closet. Its for the 919, the lady gunfighter seat, leather, no colored piping. It has 3 very, very light scratches on the driver section from where a cat (which I killed, j/k) jumped onto my bike. Also, the flap on that covers the backrest insert has some wear but, honestly nothing crazy. I tried taking pictures but the scratches don't show up. I'm in orange county, CA right now...shipping to VA won't be cheap...shipped $225? That's over 50% off a new one. I'll ship immediately, ask around the forum :-)

dream,

My stuff is always well packaged and insured. I'm not sure what you're implying...
I just shipped rearsets to hasbeenracer and a set of Satos to TheDarkeness, with no complaints, just compliments.

I bought another Corbin off of ebay two weeks ago--CF pattern with white piping.

I'm not implying nothing, because you are a standup guy and do everything first class!

Remember a couple years ago when a shipped seat from other parties was damaged in shipping and not insured? That was a mess.

I'm sure he'll be very happy with it! Thanks for reminding me to clear my closet too!

No worries dream, however, this ordeal has been very ghei. I continue to send emails and pictures to this guy and get nowhere so here is my response to him:

You know what dude,
I could put this thing on Ebay, with half the brain damage you are giving me, and make an extra $50. You've sent me a half dozen emails asking the same questions and I've continued to give you instructions on what to do if you want the seat. I sent you three pictures attached to the last email I sent you and yes the scratches are very, very light, they don't even show up in pictures--they are very, very light (I've said that 4x's now in emails or posts on the forum). If you want the seat insured, then you can pay the extra dough for it. Wow. I was just trying to do a WT member a favor but now, it's going up on Ebay, when and if I get around to it, and you can bid for it there just like everyone else. Laters.

P.S. I'm a tool.

Rob, you aren't helping the situation.

I've had several people PM and email me as though they are interested--and I have promptly emailed pictures. Then the very same people put the burden back on me to get back with them to figure out payment etc. which I have given instructions for and nothing happens. Frankly, I don't care if this seat sits in my closet for another 10 years. If someone wants it then send the money and I'll ship it. This is why ebay was invented

rexburg919--paypal it to me and I'll ship it to ya tomorrow.

I sent you an email back yesterday just to *verify* that the scratches are superficial because they looked deeper in the pics and asked that it be shipped and insured at that price. Apparently now I see not insured but, I never heard back. I would have paid that difference but, I didnt get a reply. Two emails are too much?... thats too bad. I dont know you personally so I thought I'd get more info. I hope someone else will reply to My WTB thread and I will get a seat. I didnt get back home last night until 1 am because of an emergency out of town trip that I mentioned to you in the email.
