WTB: 2005+ Infiniti G35 Sedan 6MT

Along with motorcycles, most of us like sporty cars as well. I'm in the market for a 2005 or newer G35 sedan with a 6-speed. If you have one you want to sell or know of anybody, let me know.

thats FWD, right? personally, IMO.. RWD ftw!

Disclaimer: ive had a ton of FWDs, i just prefer RWD.. or AWD!

It just depends on what youre doing with it i guess. Is it your only car? do you live where it snows? if you said yes to both, dont bother with the G coupe or Z. i litterally got stuck on flat ground in 3/4 of an INCH of snow..

all of this can be changed with a set of snow tires. My boss drives a bran new camaro ss all year here in colorado. Set of blizzaks and he had no trouble going up to the mountains. I actually prefer my old beatup subaru in the snow but that is just me.

have you ever priced out 4 19 inch blizzaks? thats about $2500 last time i checked. (granted, that was a while ago.. maybe theyve come down a bit since then, but i doubt it.) you could buy that old beat up scoobie for the same or less money, and not risk the fun ride.

if you go with this.. Ive got some 05 coupe springs with 5k on them. should lower you 3/4 of an in, or maybe a full inch.. cant quite remember at this point. either way.. aside from looks, they handle much better. let me know if youre interested.

I took it for a spin and made an offer. He accepted my offer pending that it doesn't sell online.

I've been thinking about going G coupe springs in the rear and 350z springs up front. I'd have to have it aligned to the coupe specs. Might hot you up after I get a car.

I probably wouldnt mix the two. keep in mind, 350 springs will be an additional inch (i think) lower, which may be too low for comfort, depending on your terrain. (gullys and shit like that) just food for thought.

I've been doing a lot of reading up on g35driver.com. They put the 350z springs on front because the front of the sedan really does need a little extra drop to make it have an aggressive stance.

Likely, I won't drop it at all for a while. My neighborhood's idea of a soft curb is almost square so everyone in the neighborhood with a sedan is scraping bumper if you don't have enough angle.

Great choice on the car. I have a supercharged 350Z that has been nothing but good to me and very reliable. Great engine in these cars.
