To me, clowns aren't funny. In fact, they're kind of scary. I've wondered where this started and I think it goes back to the time I went to the circus, and a clown killed my dad.

So does anyone have any ideas for how I can make money?

I was thinking that I would like to be a millionaire without putting much effort forth. Thanks for the ideas.

Sell the house, and move to a location that is more conducive to your job searching efforts. I can't imagine it's that difficult to find a job with your skills. It may not be in Plover, Wisconsin, but it could be a better move in your life.

Yeah, but my grandma is too cool to move away from.

I could get a job in a day in a big city... My brother and I are in the same line of work but I have more big business IT experience than him and he still got a job in 4 DAYS after he moved to Philadephia... Here I am, with more experience and certifications and I'm up to 4 months now.

I'm really happy for him though.

I can easily work in plenty of cities/towns around here that are 30-40 miles away. Marshfield, Plover, Stevens Point, Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids, Waupaca.

He works at a company in downtown Philly on a contract basis.

I can understand that. If my grandpa were still living, I would not move away either. I still live within a few minutes of the family farm/homestead, so the roots are still there.

Best way for fast cash, Bartending/Waiting tables. You meet really cool people in the restaurant biz. I actually got my first job post college while I was working in a restaurant. I was waiting tables and I waited on this guy and some of his business partners, talked with them, impressed them, got offered a job, the rest from there is history. Def worth it.

Although if you’re an IT man, then I guess you are probably a hermit who watches too much Star Trek and cant talk to people face to face....

Kidding, kidding.
