***SOLD*** misc. 919 parts

Unlike other jokesters, this stuff is for sale for real.

Side covers, $50 shipped. US

Oil pan $40 shipped. US

I would charge even less for these, but shipping from my town seems to be expensive. Add a bit more if you're outside the US.

All the little stuff is sold together, $30 for the lot. Odds and ends include axle, battery strap, frame neck covers, rubber mounts, some bolts, perch (I think brake side), wheel bearings, rear I believe, rear wheel spacer, and everything else in the picture besides the oil pan and side covers.

If I find anything else laying around the garage, like spare ohleens or bread loaves, I'll throw those in, too.

What are the side covers? If they're what I think they are, I would like to call dibs.

I don't think he's talking the black ones you're thinking about. The silver ones below the oil pan.

I don't have the triangular side covers - I was talking about the swingarm side covers, the one's in the pic, as Rickard mentioned.

I was just saying everything in the picture except the oil pan and swingarm covers, are sold in one lot. It would cost too much to mail everything out individually.

Does the oilpan have the support tab next to the oil drain broken off?

...someone was concerned about that a few days ago

Well, fire the engines! Spur this iron space-pony on!

That was me and now that I know it's only for supporting the engine I'm not going to worry about it. Thanks for remembering though.

I think it would probably be about $25-$30 to powdercoat them. So about $70-$80 shipped? Not looking to get a lot out of them, just don't need them anymore.

I'll have to ask my powdercoat guy.

Yeah, that's how much I was quoted to get mine powdercoated. Just wanted a set to have while I get mine coated (1 week). I'll probably pass though. Thanks!

Trying to remove my side plates. Do you have to pull out the swing arm as well? What does that bolt do behind the black plates?

It is easy. Use a long 1/2" extension to push the bolt out. Leave it in there to hold the one side of your swing arm.

Yup. It's easy. Sometimes that bolt gets really stuck in there, you might need to hammer out it. A piece of rebar works as well.
