Actually I signed up a month ago, a few weeks after I purchased it. Seems like a great forum with lots of good members. But I guess there's always a few bad apples. Anyways I hate to see it go since it's my first bike. But I just don't think it's the right motorcycle for my needs....I thought it was what I wanted...but live and learn I guess.

I love the bike.. If I could afford two motorcycles then I'd keep the 919 forever.. But I've put 5000 miles on it in less than two moths and I find myself hating it on long trips. The comfort on long trips is my main reason..I definitely see myself on two wheels I'm just not sure what's next... I hope I don't regret selling the 919 but I've got a feeling I will.

you WILL regret it, lol.

With that said and out of the way, where you are feeling uncomfortable at? There's plenty of seat mods you can do, there's also a huge selection of bar options you can check out. The same (although more spendy) can be said about rearsets. There's many different ways you can go in terms of modding the 919 and it's a great all around bike.

Hello! I also very much like your bike! Good luck with the sale.

One question though if I may, how do you like this Matris adjustable steering damper, and where can I get one? What model is it?

I took a look at their website, and it seems like that one isnt specifically designed for the bike. Which one is it? Whats up with that bracket there?

I'd appreciate any info you can sling my way.

Thanks

I'll check it out when I get home. Everything was already done to the bike by the previous owner.

Thank you. I am curious if you have anything to say about its performance/what it might add to the riding...not sure if you've been on a 919 without one.

Too bad the bike will sell first with it. Did you ever find out where that mounting bracket came from?
