***SOLD***FS: Alipinestars RC-1 suit

I have for sale a mint condition Alpinestars RC-1 suit. It is basically brand new, never tracked and never down. Only worn a handful of times, not even broken in yet. All black with white accents. Includes the matching alpinestars RC-1 clip in back protector. Selling for a friend.
Will update with size and pics tonight. Suit is absolutely mint, owner is an ocd gear freak. I would be keeping this myself but its is small for me.

$600 shipped in the lower 48 and Canada.

Dang, for waist and weight, that size works, but not for height, I think it would be too short, probably squish the goods.

For size reference, I went here.

He "is" 5'8" to 5'9" and still alive.....LOL.

I am helping him sell it. He is a co-worker/friend. I figured you guys might be interested so I am just putting it out there. Nothing in it for me, just feeding the WT classifieds zombies!

Zaq, according to that chart, it should almost fit. I'm 6'2", though, and I've read everywhere that you always have to one up your size when going with Alpinestars.

Seems to be the case here, too, if that suit fit him at 5'9".

Dude, you should go and try Alpinestars suit locally. Find one with the same parameters to know for sure. Shipping back will be probably pricey on this one so better make sure first

In case no one's ever bought a suit, usually you need to go up one size to fit the back protector (unless you have no tummy at all). That is a pretty nice suit.

Yeah, no worries, this one is too small. And, lest you forget, I live in Idaho. There ain't nothin' close that has this kind of stuff in stock, lol.

My best bet is to order through Motorcycle-Superstore.com, where all returns are just $6.99. Even if it takes a couple of tries, at least they work with customers on purchases.

STG has free return shipping (not sure on the amount of times, but at least the intial return).

Yeah, they took two weeks to ship my wife's jacket. Wasn't too pleased with that. But I might keep that in mind when suit shopping.

we all know that.

why are you looking for new suit anyway? This one got a hole in the belly area from your gas tank? Didn't they have to slaughter like 5 cows to make you one?

You caught me. I was having a hard time squeezing 5.2 gallons in my tank, again .
