***SOLD***FS: 919 upper & lower triple clamps

$50.00 plus $16 for USPS Priority shipping and Paypal is fine.

Have these powdercoated, matte black looks great, and ride while you wait for them to get done. My guy usually takes 2 weeks or more but, with these, down time is minimal.

Thank you,

Robert

The stem can't be pressed out, it's welded from the bottom.

You just put a new seal on and press on your race. Very easy.

BTW, the seal gets messed up from removing the race which needed to be done so I could have a custom stem made for my fork swap project.

It's not pressed in to the frame. Just remove the top clamp, bend down tabs on lock washer, remove spanner nut (channel locks) and adjustment nut. Triple just comes out the bottom so hold it as you're removing adjustment nut. Very easy.

If that's not clear for you, download the service manual pdf in "Helpful topics for 919 owners" stickied at the top of the naked bike forum.

Actually, I have the like new seal and race from the 929 lower I bought, same part numbers as the 919, so I'll press it tomorrow. With that, you just use your bearing.

Yes, $50 plus shipping and I'll throw in the upper for free.

Just looked on ebay and they want $150 or more for just the lower, and they're crap. Crazy!

I agree. Was just needing to get my lower powder coated. I may just try to paint it with it on the bike.

I would advise not putting the seal and race on if powdercoating is intended. The baking process would probably destroy the seal.

PM sent with offer.

It also causes the grease to run and ruins the powder. Bearings gotta come out.

Ah, good point. I'll leave them off then and just include them with the triples.

Thank you both.

Mine? I will when it's done. Funding it with parts sales and sales are slow so it's taking awhile. Still need fender, 954 calipers and rotors.
