**SOLD** FS: 2005 919 BOTM Winner. - $4500 OBO.

Greetings 919 lovers. I haven't posted much on here as another member informed me about a local site in my area (OCMoto.com), but I figured I'd post here first as there are so many Hornet lovers that can appreciate these bikes. It's time to part with my 05 919. Clean title in hand, never been down and zero scratches. Perfect condition. 13k mies and up-to-date on all required services. I have only added one more matching mirror, new 520 chain & sprocket and Pilot Power rubbers (80% remaining tread life).

Sorry for the lack of tech skills, the link is from MajorNickmo:

I will include a Shoei hemet (Lrg) in pics w/ new pads, A-Star Black Label Leather Jacket in pics (Lrg), A-Star Red/Black mesh jacket (Lrg), A-Star CF short gloves (med), A-Star GP full gloves (Lrg), and color matched fly screen. I'm asking $4500. Prefer local buyer, but can travel apprx 300 miles.

I can send more pics, just need to bring my flash drive home from work. Located in Orange County, California.

Please PM me for more details or email me @ [email protected]

I agree 100%. I've enjoyed it for almost two years, rode almost every day (less the rain) to work. Only reason I'm selling is because I bought it as transportation rather than a hobby/sport. I now have no need for it as we've just purchased a new SUV. I enjoy dirt more than street, anyways appreciate the optimism. Cheers and ride safe.

I am suprised LDH hasn't commented on this one. I would think he'd be all over it.

Unfortunately I don't. And to be honest, I'm not that comfortable shipping. I know, that really eliminate a lot of potential buyers but I'm not forced to sell. You always welcome to cruise to sunny So. Cal. Ride safe and cheers!

As always.....THE BIKE is in California and I'm in Tennessee. And I could cure the white piping on the Winnebago seat.

Just click you heals together and say it three times "there's nothing like Cali" or book a flight and bring cold riding gear! Heck I'll even buy you a road soda..

I did that a few years ago to buy a FJR1300 in Vegas. Only time I've ever been culled out for a pat down search. I had $10,500.00 in CASH spread out in all my pockets and shoes and they did NOT find any of it.(TSA...not the sharpest in the shed.)
Anyway it was a successful purchase . Your bike looks great. Not barrackin' your seat, just a little personal preference thing and I've been doing custom seats for 30 years , so I could make it MY way. But , time wont let me do it now. You've done a great job on it . It WILL sell to some lucky buyer.

Sold...$3900.00. One lucky buyer. If I could figure out how to delete the thread I would. Until then you'll have to enjoy the sweet ride. Sorry fellas.
