**SOLD**FS: 2004 Honda 919 Forks - black

Fits: 2002+ Honda 919(CB900F)
Item: 2004 Honda 919 Forks
Color: Black
Condition: Used but in great condition. Ready to bolt on and ride now.
Price: Best offer
Shipping: buyer pays actual shipping. These are heavy, going to take special packaging to keep them safe and I simply can't guess on the shipping cost. Only fair thing is to have buyer pay actual shipping charges. I will cover the packaging.

These forks are from a 2004 CB900F and they were originally purchased on eBay for $355. Some of you may be familiar with this thread:
919: '04 parts swap for pre '04 forks.... anyone interested?
Well, these are the '04 forks featured in this post. They were completely gone through with new bushings, seals and rock guards. Belray 10w fork oil was used. These forks have all stock springs and spacers. The blue fork caps are a little sun faded. They came to me in like this, and it is purely cosmetic. The rebound and pre-load adjuster surfaces are a little worn looking from being adjusted.. but are 100% functional. Forks DO NOT LEAK and are NOT BENT. There is no road rash on them. These forks have never been in a crash. I did paint them black with rattle can Krylon paint. The paint is plenty cured now and very hard now but there are a few very tiny rock chips in the paint from normal use. If I have to do it all over again I would paint them with a more industrial paint that uses a catalyst drying system and not rattle can.. but that doesn't mean there is anything wrong with them as they are. If fact, they can be placed in service, as is, right now and only the closest inspector would find the tiny chips in the paint. That said, please see pics below. Clicking on a picture will let you look at the full resolution image.

Why I am selling these? I am selling by 2003 919 and I reinstalled the factory forks. These forks might as well go to someone that wants and can appreciate the upgrade of being able to adjust pre-load and rebound.

BONUS: I'll throw in a set of MotoWizard Pre-Load Adjusters in BLACK for free. They look sorta like these:

If interested, PM me your offer.

Thanks for looking!

It says seller ended the listing because the item is no longer for sale. That ususally means the seller found a buyer outside of Ebay, ended the auction and dodged the fee.

Last PM that I sent him he replied saying that he took them off ebay to wait for a more ideal selling time. He still has them available but needs to get a certain amount for them.
