I didn't know there was another kind? My other one has Sato's, are those engine mounted?

Most people either use a piece of allthread or tap the frame hole just forward of the engine location.
I believe there is more info in the "helpful topics"

Someone offered me $2900. Would I be giving it away? I don't believe it's been garaged it's whole life and it basically looks like an '04. Nothing more, so it's not cherry or anything.

Counter him at 3K, that would be a fair deal.

Thanks! $2900 :P But it needed a battery and once I sell off the extras I'll break even, including the taxes I paid.

Pretty good, I had a shit load of fun on it in 5k, saved gas and burned through a new set of tires. Thinking of a motard or superhawk now. Something really different than my 919.

I usually try to buy in winter or fall. Prices are usually lower.

I bought mine right before Christmas. I ended up riding throughout the winter as well because I was so excited. I've wished up a bit now. Ha

Does a bigger carb help a lot? Is jetting a problem?
