**SOLD** Delkevic Exhaust and Power Commander for 919

I have a 2003 Honda 919. I put the Power Commander model 112-211 (serial port version) on it in 2008. Works great comes with serial cable but you may need a serial port adapter to upload any maps to it if your computer has only usb ports. $75

Delkevic dual exhaust for Honda 919, installed late in 2009. They have about 800 miles and are in mint condition. Include baffles and I'll include my home made spacers. (it didn't come with spacers for mounting to the tail section so I fabricated some out of old nuts). $200

Thanks!

I'm interested in the Delkvic exhaust but could you tell me if they are the titanium or stainless and if they are the 350mm or 450mm?
Why selling - too loud or too quiet??

Thanks, Mark

They are stainless. I'm pretty sure they aren't the stubby version but I'll measure them.

They actually sound great, not as loud as a lot of pipes (scorpions for example) I'm just not a "pipes guy". I don't mind my bike being stock quiet.

Good information on the Delkevic Exhaust! 450mm is the length I'd choose.
But after studing the bike pictures it looks like they mount real close to the plastic tail and would interfere with my GIVI rear rack frame. I've got to study it some more.

Good luck,
Mark

Power Commander is sold. The pipes do mount very close to the cowl so I could see issues with them and the givi rack mounts.

I'm interested in the Delkivics. How do they do with the 'stink? Is it any better with these, or is it just the same? I live just north of Atlanta, so not that far from Birmingham (about 3 hours).

PCIII and some tuning could help lean it out a bit or go low...it may still stink but won't get all over you when you ride.

Just my$.02 here but I would rather have some temporary exhaust stink on me than run a bit on the lean side.

It's a fool who looks for logic in the chambers of the human heart.

Odd the stink thing.
I have never had it on mine. Maybe it is a height/physical thing. I could imagine a 6 foot plus fat bugger would create quite a bit of disturbance behind him on a naked bike stirring up the exhaust gasses.

Also re pipes
I'd presume the 450 ones being a big longer would lessen any stink issues.

What is the overall opinion on the Delkevic pipes, as from what I have read on euro sites on other bikes they are popular and appear to be made as well as any others on the market.

Darn fine price too!

one more thing on the Del's, if you yank out the baffles, they are a mother to put back in, and a PITA to find new screws for, my 2 cents there too
