***SOLD***Corbin Seat For Sale

Hello Fellow Riders.

I have a slightly scuffed (back passenger, left side - fixable), otherwise in very fine condition Corbin (breadloaf) Seat for the 919.
My girldfriend does not like to be so high up when on the back, therefore, it is back to the pain of the OEM seat for me.

$250 Gets it to your front door (Continental US/48 States).

I would give you $100 since I would have to send to Corbin to be repaired

Take it to an upholstery shop to see what they can do to fix it. Would help you get some more $$ for it.

Most shops won't touch it. Corbin uses rivets to hold the cover on and it's VERY easy to ruin the cover &/or pan when drilling the rivets out. That and they use some super adhesive to glue the cover to the foam and it usually tears the crap out of the foam when you remove it.

Look fellas.
I bought this seat from a rider on this forum.
It arrived as it is now - no difference.
Another rider on here met me in NYC and test rode the seat - not a problem.
I bought it for more than what I am selling it for (including shipping)
Therefore, for $100, I'd rather eat it and no one have it than to be insulted like this.

If you think this is insulting then this may not be the place for you... Just because you overpaid for something doesn't mean it's worth that. An offer is never an insult, just means he places a lower value on something than you do.
That being said, I'll go $105

I didn't know I was dealing with a bunch of Dicks on here.
If you don't like a price of a something, just move right along.

As for the overpaid portion of your stupidity,
I never felt I overpaid for it. It's a great seat and otherwise, as for the aforementioned reason, I would keep it.

Now go find another thread to dump your sorry Menasha load on.

The past 2 Corbin's I bought for my other bikes I paid $150 and $180 for and they were mint less than 2k miles yours is all messed up and will cost a lot of $ to bring back so the offer was a fair price.

To the OP.
I'm pretty sure if you were to to get some black leather polish, all those scratches would just about disappear. You would still feel it and see it but the colour would match.
Go talk to a leather repair place. Get it repaired and then sell it. People are uneasy buying something that already needs repair.

919's Corbin seats are more rare than other models and usually bring more money.

500 new.
Seat is perfect except for some scuffing but no threads or rolls broken.
A price without a 2 for the first of three digits would be an insult.
Some dye, then black boot creme would surely work wonders for someone wanting a Corbin and can't afford new.

Agree, I think a good leather shop could make that thing look great!

You could have simply said, "No thanks on the $100 offer." and it would have been no big deal. Sheesh

Nice to see there are some people that know how to behave with total strangers.
Others are too cool from school behind their little computers and feel the egotistical need to dump on a strangers selling thread.
Keep acting like a little kid in person until someone bashes your skull in - and please, do remember me.

As for the Corbin Seat -
The seat is perfectly in good condition except what was mentioned before.
The shipping alone anywhere within the 48 connected States is $80.
Add that to your Best Offer price and you're getting a good deal for my asking $250.

I am negotiable - - but with humans only.
