I recently sold my 9er so it's time to sell all the goodies that didn't go with the bike.
Up for sale is a used Corbin seat and backrest. As seen in the pictures below, this seat has the 'bread loaf' passenger section. A great way to help 'hide' the passenger section of the seat is to add an ALU-RACK. It helps clean up the lines on the back of the bike and works great if you decide to add hard luggage in the future.
As seen in these pictures, the ALU-RACK has been modified (ever so slightly) to work with the Corbin seat.
ALU-RACK does show signs of being used, but is still in good shape.
The Corbin seat shows a little wear in the passenger section, but given the placement of this seam, it's hard to avoid.
Asking $300 for the Corbin seat and $100 for the ALU-RACK. All prices include shipping to the continental US. If anyone wants international shipping, let me know and I will see how much extra that will be.
@CB700S, I'm not sure how old the Corbin is. I picked it up used from a member here (radioguy) in December of 2010. Since then I've put about 8k miles on it. I'm not sure if the seat has the date on it... I've got it all packaged up and ready to go, but I did find this in my photo archive.
@andrewebay1, I'm not selling the top case or adapter plate with the ALU-RACK. My plan is to pick up an ALU-RACK for my new bike and re-use the adapter plate and top case.
Lets just say that I PMed 3dcycle about his super rare Corbin when he put his bike up for sale and someone had already called DIBS. The seat didn't even make it into the classifieds section if I recall correctly.
