**SOLD**: 2006 919 NE/KS $2,650!!

$3700 firm. Clean and Clear Title in hand. Has just over 50k miles. Valve check was done at 34k.
Front tire has around 60% tread, rear has around 50%.
Has a scratch on the right rear cowl where previous owner laid it over, it has been touched up, see attached picture. Bike has not been laid over since I have owned it. Has absolutely no mechanical issues, only reason for selling is that I bought another bike and really don't need two.

Changes that have been made/added:

Sargent Seat with passenger area re-foamed as well.
Sato Rearsets with passenger pegs. Comes with custom made adjustable mounting bracket which lowers the rearsets 3/4" lower than factory pegs. Also have original Sato mounting bracket.
RaceTech .875kg/mm front fork springs with 10w synthetic fluid.
Custom low mount exhaust using stock header and Yoshimura slip-on. Could swap out for stock exhaust and take some off the sell price.
Center Stand is functional with exhaust.
599 Headlight.
17/44 520 sprocket conversion.
CustomLED integrated taillight with flasher relay.
CBR front turn signals.
Speigler brake lines.
ASV shorty adjustable levers.
CB1kR mirrors.
Renthal UL bar.
Carbon Fiber Fenda Extenda.
Pair block off plates.
Flapper mod.
TechSpec tank grips.

Would like to sell as is, but may have to remove the add-ons for the vultures, if there is enough interest. If I end up selling it in mostly stock form, I think the price would be around $2600.

I think even in stock trim you could get close to 3k for that. The miles might push off some other buyers, but not someone who knows the 919.

Very fair price for what you've got there, it should go quick, GLWS!

Looks like a piece of machined steel.

They do look cool - but they won't perform as Delrin sliders will, which is to actually 'wear away' in a slide. These would most likely catch and throw the bike.

In a stationary fall I don't think it would make too much of a difference, except possibly bend the frame at the point of attachment. The Delrin sliders would probably take the brunt of the impact and bend/deform before affecting the frame.

Yep, and I live on a 1/4 mile of gravel road, needless to say but that 1/4 mile usually takes almost half of my total commute time.

Homemade sliders from stainless steel on the lathe, they double as road pegs on longer trips.
I never planned on actually testing them on the pavement, I agree with GOOG that they may not function all that well. More for looks and can be easily removed.

Slip-on and mid pipe were designed for the CB1000R. I cut and fitted the mid pipe to make it work.

The mid pipe is for the CB1000R not CBR1000RR, just to be clear. For the CB, years 2011-13.

That's a beautiful Niner, Brute; good luck with the sale. Vulture here (as you stated might occur), wondering if you might be interested in selling the entire custom exhaust system and the Sato rearsets? Let me know your thoughts most any time.
Thanks for your consideration!
All best,

Have had several members call dibs through either a PM or replying to the thread on the taillight, seat, exhaust and rearsets already. I would like to give it a little more time before I decide to part the 9er out.
Whilst detailing the 9er over the weekend I came across an issue and thought I should make a full disclosure of it, don't want this turning into another Corbin seat thread, there is a dent in the bottom of the header, please see attached pictures. I had forgotten about this, it happened over a year ago, I thought I had enough clearance to go over a small curb, but unfortunately did not.
I apologize to those that may be interested in the 9er or exhaust. So if the 9er sells as a complete package, I still have the original stock full exhaust system that will go with it.

As an over site on my part, I will let her go for $3600 as a full package.

Also have uploaded more pictures of the exhaust in the photobucket album.

My original header doesn't.
I was going to try the water/freeze method to see if I could get some of it out, but I don't have enough room in my freezer to do it.

I plan on returning the 9er to mostly stock form, since there hasn't been any interest in it as is.
Over the weekend I will update the thread with items that will be up for sale along with prices and who has first dibs on some of the items already. Unless by chance it gets sold before then, not likely.

Parting out the 919.
New price is $2650.

Could I have one of the MODERATORS update the Title to show the new price? Thanks

Oh bike, bike is located in Northeast Kansas, with clean and clear title in hand.

Updated pictures attached for the new look.

Still has the following.

Corbin seat
RaceTech .875kg/mm front fork springs with 10w synthetic fluid.
Centerstand
17/44 520 sprocket conversion.
CustomLED integrated taillight with flasher relay.
CBR front turn signals.
Speigler brake lines.
Renthal UL bar.
Carbon Fiber Fenda Extenda.
Pair block off plates.
Flapper mod.
TechSpec tank grips.

Will be posting the for sale items in this thread as well.

All prices include shipping to cont. US. May need to adjust for Canada and any other countries.

CB1000R OEM Mirrors: $40 shipped

ASV F3 Shorty Adjustable Levers: $125 shipped

SpeedoHealer V4: $60 shipped

599 OEM Headlight with Housing: $150 shipped, only had it on for a couple of months.

Sato Rearsets with passenger pegs: $480 shipped
ActAppalled has first dibs, the Norton919.
Was hoping to sell the rearsets and exhaust together since exhaust doesn't quite fit with the OEM rearsets.

Custom Low Mount Exhaust: $380 shipped
97af has first dibs, then Norton919, awaiting reply, since exhaust does not mount below factory OEM rearset without some modification. Would have to cut the pipe at a different angle and re-weld to fit OEM rearsets.
Thought about just offering to Norton919 since he wanted both the rearsets and exhaust, but thought I would give the first dibbers a chance to reply.

Sargent seat: $275 shipped.
clt9er has first dibs, then CB900F2

New TechSpec Tank Grips: $45 shipped.

I think that is all for now, will have to build some boxes for the seat and exhaust, so may take a little longer to get those items shipped.
Wasn't planning on selling the centerstand, unless any potential buying didn't want it.

Clutch will fit based off Partzilla fiche, not sure on the brake.

Edit:
Looked on ASV's site. They have the same PN for the 599 and 919
