Shark RSI Helmet

I won't be needing this anymore. This is a light, comfortable, safe helmet. Comes with 2 sets of cheek pads, and 3 visors- clear, smoked and mirrored. The 3 shields retail for over $150 and are all in good shape. It is a small, BUT, fits closer to the bottom end of mediums, i've only ever owned medium helmets before this one. My head is 22 1/4". My wife is 22 1/2" and she says it's snug but comfortable. The pictures don't do the paint justice, it is flawless, NO scratches, chips or marks on the helmet, an easy 9.5/10.
DOT and ECE 22.05 approved

$150 shipped to the lower 48

No offence, but this helmet crushes EXO. That's cool, i'll shelf it until it sells.

None taken; I didn't post to compare the two.

But, that being said, some searching yields competitive prices for new:

Shark RSI Karma Full Face Helmets (CLOSEOUT) - Extreme Supply

Shark RSI D Tone Full Face Helmets (CLOSEOUT) - Extreme Supply

Shark RSI Alien Black/Red/Anthracite

Although you do have an extra shield (the two links above come with one extra), so you have that going for you. Have you tried Craigslist/eBay?

2 of those are xl or xxl only and the third is hideous(none are for the size listed). The mirrored shield is nearly new and was $65.

I may put it on Ebay, I just honestly thought someone here would have grabbed it up. I'd rather it go to a 919 guy.

I think it's a fair deal, and will wait it out. Thanks for the input.

I sold my EXO1000 from that deal above because of fit and it weighed like tank compared to the CF Shark (and still weighed considerably more than my standard Shark RSI) I've been using.

Do you know if the visors are interchangeable in sizes? I wear an XL and would be interested on just the iridium mirror if it's in good condition. $20 shipped to Seattle?

That visor is almost new and cost $50, so no, you can't have it for $10.....

This post is not to offend and I hope you best of luck with the helmet sale. But, do people really buy "used" helmets? I am asking this as a serious question.

My helmet of choice for everyday riding in the past few years has become SHARK.

It's better to have loved and lost than live with the psycho for life!

I never have, but if I saw one with ZERO marks and in perfect shape I would be tempted. I mean a helmet this light and safe for the price of 2 shields? We don't all have $350-600 to throw away on helmets. I damn sure know I would buy this over a new HJC or some other lower priced helmet.

I'm kinda over it now, it will sit on a shelf and look pretty in the closet.

Alright then what about $30 shipped? Then you can sell your lid for $90 if you want.

As for used helmets, if they're in great condition, yes. The liner can be removed and washed

+1, I completely washed my old Scorpion before I sold it - it smelled very clean and new.
