Here's an option......(Good weight savings and will run good without a PowerCommander....), so far... dropping exhaust pipe weight has been one of the best MOD's I've done to the bike.

Call 2 brothers and order the mid-pipe and exhaust hanger..... around $100 - $150.
Go to Ebay and buy any pipe you want with the same 2 1/8 connector.

I found this Titanium Arrow on E-bay for $150....was off an '05 GSXR-1K. You do have to make sure you have the right in-let.... you also need to make sure the spring hangers line up.... (The Arrow I have only has 1 tab.....so, its connected by only 1 spring, but works great)

The pipe 2 Bros makes now is NOT 2 1/8. It is 48mm (1.8897 in). Most aftermarket cans have 2.25 inlets. There is a few that have 2.00 inlets.

The new 2 Bros pipe DOES NOT fit either one!!!!!!!!!!!

Trust me, I've put two kits together. I had to have a bushing machined for it to work. The pipe will NOT expand without spliting.

I guess 2 Bros wants to sell you their ugly-ass carbon can.

Ah damn.....I got my mid-pipe from StarCycle as a whole kit. The entire kit was only $320.

I admit, I have not ordered and measured the mid-pipe by itself. I am however surprised that it would be different than the kit pipe.

Buyer beware, try at your own risk....

I can say though.....with Black Permatex High Temp Seal maker, you'd be surprised how big of a space you can seal securely.
