Hondline Windscreen for 919

I've searched and searched to no avail! I found a dealer who said they had one and they ended up sending me the one for the 599 instead. If there is some slim chance someone has one, I'd be greatly interested in purchasing it from you!

They're discontinued; look around on e-bay or wait for Ripper's CF pieces.
You'll need brackets with the CF's, unless if Ripper is working on some.

Good luck

No, I'm not doing any brackets. Cost of materials and labor are keeping it from being cost effective. I think the Buell brackets are going to be the best bet at around twenty bucks. I believe that's about what they run?

So then, I can use Buell brackets out of the box for your windsheild?

Thanks Kristin, I'm going to check with her to see if she has more info.

I bought a Givi for a 599 (Model is A305) off of e-bay a month or so ago. Just bungeed it on and tried it to see it I wanted to permanently mount. I like it so its stayin'. I made some brackets from a $3.50 piece of Lexan plexiglass. The stuff is very strong and shapes like butter with a dremel. I think it looks decent on the bike too.

Can you give us a template for the bracket? I'm wanting the impossible to find hondaline, but the Givi is my next choice.

Beef,
I can take it off and trace it if you like and post it, but it was fairly easy to make. I made it for one side first and located all of the holes. Then took it off and traced the shape onto a new piece including the holes where it mounts to the headlight. For the last two holes (at the windscreen) on the second side, I marked those on the bike, so those aren't exactly in the same spot as on the first side. Depending on the model Givi you get the holes could be located a lil different too. Let me know and I'll be glad to trace it for ya.
