Honda 919 Erion for sale

Guys,

Thanks for the informative discussion from before. I've decided to go with the D&Ds.

As for the Erion, I purchased a pair of new Honda 919 Erion mufflers from SF craigslist about 3 months ago for $480. I will be selling them for the same price that I got them for plus the actual cost of shipping to wherever you may live.

I am not sure how to go about with a secure transaction, so any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.

Dave

Paypal works well. Most people, including me, are reluctant to pay before they get the goods without recourse. I've been hosed too many times on internet deals.

I've got chrome D&Ds.

Interested in a trade plus some cash?

I've got D&Ds. Good fit but pretty loud.

Why are you selling your pipes?
Understood, but how do I make sure that I (the seller) don't get burned? It's likely that I'll get the D&Ds as well.

You don't ship until the money hits your Paypal account. If the goods are not as claimed, the purchaser has recourse thru Paypal. It costs a few points but it's worth it for both parties.

I like the Erions on mine. Any idea why they don't offer them anymore?

Ricko2,

I have spoken to Erion on about five occasions now. Apparently they are in the middle of a change over, going to polished aluminum and carbon fiber cans. The last time I talked with them, about a month ago, they had just received a shipment in for the CBR's. I don't know if this is BS or not.

Hey Dave,

Interested in a trade? I have a pair of brand new Scorpion stainless slip-ons that my ex-gf got for me. I never installed these since I already have a pair of 2 Brothers (with about 14,000 miles on them) on my 919. Let me know, I think my Scorpion would be a fair trade for your Erion.
