Foldable, Adjustable levers

Hi, I bought a pair of foldable, adjustable levers from ebay 1 1/2 months ago and they recently arrived. Only they were in the wrong color rather than deal with the seller and turnaround time, I opted to just buy a set from a member here and put the ones I have for sale.

They've never been mounted, brand new. I paid $65.00 for em, I'll let em go for $60 shipped. They are black with red adjusters. Here is the link: NEW PRO CNC HONDA Folding Foldable Extendable Levers CB919 02-07 NL005 | eBay

Would totally snap them up but no match for my bike, sweet deal though!

Okay I kinda feel "special" for asking, but what's with fold-ability of the levers? What use does that serve? Just wondering since I've never really seen that before.

Oh, and BUMP. =]

They fold upward rather than breaking into a useless little nub if you have an accidental tipover in your local safeway parking lot, etc.

Well, fire the engines! Spur this iron space-pony on!

I'll bite. No red on my bike either, but I broke my brake lever today. :-(
