900RR Header and D&D CF Can

I have a 98 900RR stock head pipe and a D&D Carbon Fiber Can for sale. They both just came off my bike and are both in great shape. The setup was on the bike for less than 1,000 miles, and the can was new before it got on my bike. The header is $85 plus shipping and the can is $100 plus shipping.

I found a good deal on a set of Satos, and with the tax man's present decided to go back to the undertail setup.

Oh this won't last long, that's a bargain price and lots of members love the low exhaust look. In fact I should buy your setup and resell it for a profit.

Sorry, I don't have pics of the D&D can mounted. I do have some with an aluminum can on it. I'll see if I can dig it up.

Flange, the headers are still available.

Crap, I would have given you the money for a header before a total stranger. I need to try searching more often.

You can cancel his bid, then cancel the auction. Just sell it through here, that will be cheaper for you since you will not have to pay final value fees and you can pass that savings on to the purchaser!!!

Glad I could help.

Thanks. I was hoping the set would go through here. The other day I was looking through my garage and noticed they were still sitting there. Thats when I figured no one here was interested.

I just threw one away last week. I bought from someone on here, but I found a hole in it and didn't want to mess with it... so I pitched it! Go to the Ft. Wayne City dump and you can probably dig it out!!!

$100, plus I'd imagine about $10-$15 shipped to FL.

If you have to pull it thats fine ... I was really wanting it but if it gets into a bidding war I'm not gonna win .. Heck I was gonna make you that RAM AIR for about what you wanted to pay but once I made it .. It looked so good I kept it for myself <<< sorry a$$ .... So you owe me no favors .. like Obi-wan says ... You must do what you think is best ... but if you leave the link up and I can find my wife credit card laying around ill most likely hit the buy it now option before to long ..

It shouldn't. The 919 engine, I believe, is the second generation 900rr motor, which is why its header fits. The 929/ 954 was a different motor in design.

You're the only bidder on it so far, but I've got some watchers. I'm not gonna yank it off Ebay to sell it to someone here, and disregard your bid. Now seeing as that D&D can has a bid, but I don't think from anyone here, I'd pull it for the right offer.

Due to my over thinking, I've pulled these and are gonna hang on to them for a while. I'm gonna try to get shed of the Satos, figure out a better way to mount the 900rr headers, and try to find a deal on a short can to mount up.

I fully appreciate this being a B.S. move on my part, and I appologise. But recovering some money spent on the Satos is becoming my priority.
