2003 919 with many extras

After much thought and procrastination the time has come for me to sell the 919. The economy has had a delayed effect on us here in AR. I'm in the graphics/print business and things have really slowed down over the past few months. Here's the rundown on everything:

-'03 919 smoke gray - 13,750 mi
-Religious oil changes every 1-2k mi - (ran GN4 for the first 3-4k mi, HP4 after that) yeah, I'm kinda anal about fresh oil.
-running '04 adjustable forks
-extra pair of like new '03 forks with Racetech 1kg springs
-PC3/USB that I ran for appx. 2k mi - currently in box with all accessories
-2 pairs of stock exhaust - 1 with "ectomy", one stock - all heat shields included
-Sato Gen2 Ti exhaust - minor dent in right side from a f-ing wire rack falling against it in the garage
-new Michelin Road 2 on front, 50% Pilot Power on back
-Galfer brake lines front and rear
-CRG bar end mirrors - both sides
-Sato sliders
-Renthal High bars
-extra set of Renthal High bars - never installed
-17t front sprocket - ran for appx. 1k mi then switched back to stock 16t
-f4i black levers
-extra set of stock 919 levers like new (have 2 extra clutch levers, 1 brake)
-several stock 919 blinkers
-stock Honda windscreen with mounting hardware - actually have 2 windscreens but both have minor damage

No bull$hit here. Bike has been down 2 times but neither resulted in major damage. First time was a "run off the road into the grass" mishap, second was a traffic mishap at appx 10mph. No major impact either time. Replaced the tank and tail after the first get off.

I'd rather just sell the entire package and not get into a "shipping-fest", but we'll see.

Price for everything - $4000

I would much rather see it go to a WT member than some stranger

Anyone interested please PM me or email to [email protected].

Thanks,

RB Dave

Spooky similarities, I spent the better part of the last year wondering where the "economy" was. Well, it has recently come to stay with me. I'm also in the printing biz, a pressman to be exact. I went from 50 or 60 hours a week a year ago to about 20ish a week now. I also have a grey '03 with 13xxx miles.... weird. There are zero printing jobs around these parts, I hope it changes soon, I don't have many other skills that pay woth a shilt.
Good Luck!

Dave was the design expert for our original 'Hairy the Hornet' decal. Add up all the extras, this bike is selling for a damn good price. Good luck with the sale Dave.

Thanks for the support guys. If I decide to start selling individual parts I'll give you guys dibs that request them. I'll set reasonable prices on things. Want to wait a bit and see if someone might be interested in the whole enchilada.

I have always kept the 9er very clean (folks kid me about being so anal about it) and it's been kept in my carport under a cover it's entire life. Never left out in the elements and only been caught in the rain a couple of times since it was new. Also, wheelies have never been my thing so the front wheel has rarely been lofted. This bike has been pampered!

Forgot to mention that I also have a pair of Handy stands, factory Honda service manual, extra new Honda oil filter, bike cover, and it also proudly sports XR Mikey's brake line holder! That's the cherry on the sundae!

also wants dibs on the 17 th sprocket... guess i missed that 1st time i read this.

I think u should go ahead and sale the pc3 to me, because if not.. the guy who buys the bike is gna act stupid because he has a "POWER COMMANDER" and wind up wreckin ur baby... and since ur gna sale me the pc3 hes not gna wreck it, so he wnt need the frame sliders. And he prolly wldnt kno what to do with the sprocket being as how it already has one on it!

joking aside, gl with the sale... but umm ( can i get a $ quote?)

Sorry to bump my own thread guys but I wanted to throw out that I am open to considering reasonable offers. My starting price was $4000 for everything I've mentioned in the previous 2 posts. It would be more accurate to say $4000 or best reasonable offer for the whole enchilada.

The PC3 and 17t sprocket may be sold but that's pending.

Price reduced!

$3500 or best offer - for everything.

Anyone...anyone?

Also, I'm going to offer up some of the goodies, (listing everything for sale locally as well so please understand if these items are suddenly sold)

All prices include shipping:

PC3/USB in box with all instructions and accessories - $150

17t sprocket ran for appx. 1000 mi - $20

Stock '03 forks - like new with 1kg Racetech springs and fresh 10w oil - $150

Gen 2 Ti Satos with all hardware - excellent condition but with small dent in right side near the tip from garage mishap - $400

Thanks,

RB Dave

dont need the whole 03 forks but would love the springs.....i would do $75 and pay for shipping if you would pull the springs out send them to me, then i would send you the stock 07 springs. if you dont want to pull springs thats fine, 75 is my cost for new ones anyways.

and counting

In the first post you mention having several stock blinkers, would you be interested in selling them? Mainly looking for a front set, but if you have all four corners that'd be ok.

What kind of damage do the windscreens have?
