2003 919 For Sale

I am selling my 2003 Smoke 919 Honda 919.

It has 35785 miles on it: more than 20000 of which have been the result of three cross-country tours.

Photos of the bike have appeared in the images: on the road thread within the Naked Bikes forum.

The bike has never been crashed or been down.

It has these add-ons: CRG mirrors and levers, billet stator and pulser covers, Sargent seat, Buell M2 fly screen, 2004 919 front suspension, stainless steel braided brake lines, PowerCommander, and other minor accessory items.

A new chain and sprockets were installed just before my last trip. Michelin Power Road 2 tires have 3000 miles on them.

The price is $3000.

I just sold my 02' 919.

Good luck with your sale..

Would you be willing to sell the windscreen or the seat separately?

MisterMike, Thank you for you positive (and true) words about my 919, and congratulations on the sale of yours.

lasalleteach79, Thank you for your question: at this moment I think my best interests are to keep everything on the bike together. But I will keep your needs in mind...I would like to see you get those items as they will add a lot to your enjoyment of your bike.

Nooooooooooo - say it ain't soooooooooo!

Hopefully it went to a WT member.

Sorry for the threadjack Tom and good luck with your sale. You've always been one of the "good eggs" around here. Whoever buys it will be getting a good, solid bike with plenty of character!

No one here wanted it!

Tom: Have you tried advertising in your local craigslist? That is where mine sold in less than 2 days. It hepls to put a high resolution photo with the ad.
I can help with the photo, it needs basic html code.

That was my same experience when I sold mine recently Mike. Had a couple of luke-warm responses here for a week or so. Then when I posted it on Craigslist with the same photos it sold on the very first day to the new WT member known as dogjaw. Had 4 other guys right on his heels as well.

Craigslist definitely gets results!

Give it a shot Tom - you'll probably be surprised at the response
