Weird, huh. I've had this problem with my laptop a few times. Close IE and reopen and the problem goes away. Hasn't been enough to go on the hunt for it, so I'll watch this thread to see if you find anything.

Thanks Ken. It was worth a shot, but no joy. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling IE. Still nothing. So I downloaded Mozilla. It is working out. It was out in beta and two release candidates before being officially released on Tuesday. It's better than IE 6 but has issues, especially with Apache 2 header redirects and PHP. It also has some weird quirks with the nav layout.
