Where can I source this!

So, I'm removing the oil lock on my RC51 forks and, PING, the clip goes flying in my garage never to be seen again. Anyone know where I can find one? Of course, Honda doesn't sell it. This is the clip that fits in a groove in the 10mm damper rod.

I don't know. I had the same thing happen recently with a valve spring retainer. Looked everywhere. Turned up yesterday after being missing for a month. Good luck!

Are you talking about part 19? (assuming you have SP2 forks)

No, it's not shown on the fiche. If you look at #18, the cartridge, it's for the oil lock on the damper rod.

do you have a pic of where it should go?

you might call pro circuit / race tech / specaility suspension places.... i know i had a blown seal in the inner cartridge of my crf250, honda only sells the cartridge as a whole... pro circuit (i think it was them) had the individual seals.

Behind the top of the oil lock on the damper rod. I'll give them a try. Thanks man.

I have 2 from the CBR1000 forks I tore apart. You can have them. You're talking about the clips the top of the lock gets peened over, yes?
