what the going rate for fork seals to be replaced?

Friend wants his replaced, he has seals.

94 Honda shadow 600.

IIRC, it was like 200 or so for a shop, anyone know?

I'd probably do 50~70%.

Only real concern is the bottom bolt. Sometimes those can be a bi#ch. I guess it's a 6mm allen or socket?

I have the PVC to hammer it back in from doing mine.

I'm thinking $125, is that enough of a bargain? He's got the parts.

I'd say that was a fair price. Maybe explain that the price could increase if you run into trouble, like that bottom retainer bolt or something breaks etc.
